Arrival: Rooms are available from 2.30 p.m. If you will arrive later than 7 p.m., we kindly ask you, to inform us about that.

Departure: Check-out by 11.00 a.m.

Deposit: We will disclose the amount of the necessary deposit and the account information along with your booking confirmation. The amount credited to our account will be deducted from your bill.

Payment: The invoice can be settled in cash, with your German, Dutch or Austrian Maestro Card as well as with your Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard and American Express card. For package offers cash payment is welcome.

Dogs: House trained dogs are welcomed in our hotel. However, they are not allowed in the restaurant or relaxation centre and on the lawn.

Cancellation/Late Arrival/Early Departure/No-Show: The conditions of the "Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen für die Hotellerie 2006 (AGBH 2006)" are applicable. We would recommend a travel cancellation insurance, i.e. with the Europäische Reiseversicherung (European Travel Insurance).
