Another advantage is that you can reach Kirchberg without any problems the whole winter through.
In the ski area of Kirchberg - Kitzbühel – Pass Thurn there are more than 55 lifts and gondola lifts and more than 160 kilometres/100 miles of ski runs of all levels. At Kirchberg’s own mountain, the Gaisberg, a nature toboggan run illuminated at night as well as the popular night skiing on one of the most attractive ski runs of the area is waiting for you. There you can also often watch national ski teams training during the day, as they have chosen Kirchberg as their training base.
By the way, at our reception we can issue your ski pass so that you don't have to queue up at the lift’s ticket office.
The Tyroler Hof is the ideal starting point for your winter holiday; it’s only 200 m to the stop for the ski bus, and in the right snow conditions you can ski right down to the front door of the hotel. The Gaisberg Mountain – with illuminated toboggan run and piste for the night ski run – is only 350 m away. Therefore you can also grant your car a rest!
There is not only a lot on offer for skiers! For other winter enthusiasts there are more than 40 km/25 miles of cleared winter hiking routes and 35 km/22 miles of groomed cross-country skiing tracks in Kirchberg and 200 km/125 miles of connecting trails in the area.
